I'm sure that April won't be a boring month for MMO players. First there's April Fool's Day with numerous pranks made by game companies, media and individuals. I guess many of you have "learned lessons" and the jokes made by Blizzard, Nexon and Riot Games might not be able to got you. Next we had PAX East, where TERA, The Secret World, Firefall, Neverwinter and other games brought us new information. That's not all because there are some games you will be interested in in April. Take a cup of tea and check out the recommended MMOs for this month.

No doubt that this anime-style MMO is targeting at casual gamers, From graphics to gameplay, Spirit Tales is utterly cute. The game is called Glory Destiny Online in Asia and the US/EU version will enter open beta on April 25.
The basic features of the game include three races: Gold Kirin, Maned Dragon and Lunar Fox; and there are six classes: Archer, Assassin, Fighter, Shaman, Sorcerer and Warrior. Entering the character creation screen, you can not only modify your character's appearance, but can also view the form that you can transform into, with spirit points.
After a cinematic, you are thrown to the starting zone, where you can learn the basic control of the game and accept quests. Spirit Tales isn't different to other MMOs in terms of quest and combat system. You can double click the left button to activate auto-attack and you can click right button to use skills. However, pet is an interesting feature in this game. You can either have your pet fight for you as a companion or merge with you so that you gain additional stats and abilities.
The developer doesn't tell too much about the transformation system but surely by transforming into a new form, you gain better various benefits including dealing more damage and getting better treasure.
